1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NZ Network services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
NZ Network provides infrastructure services including Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, Colocation, and related hosting solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with reasonable notice.
3. Account and Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to distributing spam or malware, conducting DDoS attacks, hosting phishing content, engaging in hacking activities, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Payment and Billing
All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to make payment within 36 hours after the due date may result in service suspension. Continued non-payment may lead to permanent data deletion without recovery.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Account credits are not exchangeable for cash.
7. Data Backup and Retention
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups. NZ Network does not guarantee data recovery in the event of data loss, system failure, or service termination.
8. Service Level Agreement
We aim to provide high service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In cases where downtime is solely caused by NZ Network, service credits may be issued proportionally to the affected duration.
9. Limitation of Liability
NZ Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
